Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reschedule appointments, please contact your body piercer within 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you have not contacted your piercer and you are late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled. If you are any later than 5 minutes, you're appointment will not be valid and you will lose your deposit. If you have contacted your body piercer in advance with plenty of notice, your appointment can be rescheduled to a different date and time or given the correct time. You can receive your deposit back if your body piercer becomes ill and has to be sent home because of the illness your appointment will be rescheduled and you will have an email notification if the reschedule date is isn't viable. Please contact your professional to set a different date. When you book your appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
